Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
At Simeon Kelley Photography, all payments made for services are non-refundable. By booking a session or purchasing services through this site, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
We value our time, resources, and the commitment we make to each client. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, that time is reserved exclusively for you—meaning other opportunities are declined.
Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. While payments are non-refundable, we do offer the option to reschedule your session if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your payment will be applied to the new date, subject to availability.
No Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations
Failure to show up or cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session will result in a forfeiture of all payments made.
